Purchase withdrawal

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from his order within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the CUSTOMER or a third party indicated by the CUSTOMER, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT must notify ROLL SYSTEM, writing to the email es@mamparasenrollables.com, indicating their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.

In the event of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, we will return all payments received, including delivery costs without any undue delay, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by the CLIENT for the initial transaction. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. Given the impossibility of being able to manage the return using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER, we will proceed to refund the amount by bank transfer or check. In any case, in the event of legal withdrawal, all the CLIENT’s rights established by current legislation regarding the return of sums paid will be safeguarded.

The CLIENT must return the items to us through a courier company, without any undue delay and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before said deadline has expired.

The CUSTOMER will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.

The CUSTOMER will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Important notes

The CLIENT will not have the right to withdraw from the contract whose purpose is the supply of any of the following products:

Personalized items.

Goods sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.

Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the CUSTOMER received them.

No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening it, products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the products. while they are in your possession. It is essential to return the items with all their original packaging, instructions and other documents that may accompany them.

Due to the nature of the products, review measures are established for returned products that may lead to the refund being withheld until the goods have been received. In no case will the legal deadlines established for reimbursement be exceeded.

Returns of defective products

In cases where the CUSTOMER considers that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with what is stipulated in the contract, he/she must contact us immediately through our email es@mamparasenrollables.com or by calling us on telephone number +34 646320893, so that we can tell you how to proceed.

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time whether a refund or, where applicable, its replacement is appropriate. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.

In any case, the rights recognized by current legislation remain safe.

The rights related to legal withdrawal will only apply if the CLIENT is contracting as a consumer and user.
